Welcome to Kinnect. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Kinnect website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Kinnect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Kinnect supports internal veterinary team members and external users (such as referring clinics or patient owners) who join through an invite, referral signup, or approved registration flow.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Kinnect is a veterinary communication and collaboration platform. Depending on your role and permissions, the Services may include:

• Referral submission, tracking, and collaboration.

• Messaging, channels, file sharing, and webinars.

• Audio and video calls and related recordings where enabled.

• Notifications by email, in-app alerts, push notifications, and SMS.

You agree to use Kinnect only for lawful, professional, and authorized purposes. You must not:

• Misuse messaging, calls, channels, or SMS for spam, harassment, or unauthorized marketing.

• Upload or share content you are not permitted to disclose.

• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or another user’s account.

• Interfere with platform availability, integrity, or performance.

You must treat patient, owner, and clinical information with appropriate confidentiality.

Kinnect and its branding, software, and related materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, and you grant Kinnect a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Services (including referrals, messaging, channels, webinars, and notifications).

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and any applicable policies, Kinnect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Kinnect mobile application solely for your internal professional use and to access the Services.

License Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the App available to any third party.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the App, except as permitted by law.
• You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or that interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.

Updates & Availability

We may update the App from time to time. Some features may depend on internet connectivity and third-party services.

Third-Party Services

The App may use or integrate with third-party services (for example, messaging services). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

No Warranty

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinnect disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinnect and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App or inability to use it.

Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

Store Disclaimers

Apple and Google are not responsible for the App and have no warranty obligation related to the App. Any claims relating to the App must be addressed to Kinnect.

Kinnect is a coordination and communication tool. It does not replace professional veterinary judgment, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinnect and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for security or legal reasons, or upon account deactivation or deletion requests processed through the platform.
